Tables are special files that contain settings and parameters that are maintainable, although usually remain unchanged over long periods of time. The data in tables are organized in a rows and columns. Multiple modules can share tables and many Tax Billing Tables can be maintained in the Assessing and Cash Receipts modules.

There are two types of tables, categorized by the format of the data:
ALPHA: contains alphanumeric data, identifiable by the code END in the last row.
NUMERIC: contains only numeric data, identifiable by the code 999999.99 in the last row.

Controls the form style for the layout of the Real Estate Tax Bills and the Personal Property Tax Bills. | |
Controls whether to print the full tax amount due or the net tax due (less prepayments) on the Personal Property and Real Estate Tax Bills for the first billing. | |
Controls whether to print the full tax amount due or the current tax due on the Personal Property and Real Estate Tax Bills for the second, third, and fourth billings. |
