Final Billing Entry
Use Final Billing Entry to enter or edit final bills for customers. The final billing transactions are maintained in the Final Billing Transaction file until you perform the Final Billing Post.
Notes:
The Final Billing Entry window looks similar to the Bill Entry window. You can recognize Final Billing Entry by the program name that displays on the Status Bar as well as, the Blue and Gray window border.
After entering the customer final billing transactions, confirm your entries by printing the Edit Journal.
Entered customer final billing transactions do not update the customer's balances until you run the Final Billing Post.
You must exit the Final Billing Entry program to run the Final Billing Post.
