Miscellaneous Reports Menu

The Miscellaneous Reports Menu contains commands used to print various reports including ATBs, labels, lien reports, credit message and connection reports.

Directions:

To open the Miscellaneous Reports Menu, click the following sequence:
Reports from the Menu Bar and Miscellaneous.

Miscellaneous Reports Menu Items
Aged Trial Balance Report	Lists customers and their associated Age Balances or only the Age Balance totals to provide a snapshot of your accounts receivable. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [e] [m] [m] [a]
Service Trial Balance Report	Lists the Aging Balance totals for each service you provide. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [e] [m] [m] [s]
Print Customer Labels	Prints customer mailing addresses on mailing labels. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [e] [m] [m] [l]
Print Location Labels	Prints location mailing addresses on mailing labels. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [e] [m] [m] [o]
Print Rol-A-Dex Cards	Print customer mailing addresses on Rol-a-dex cards. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [e] [m] [m] [r]
Deposit Report	Lists customer deposit information including interest accrued on the deposit. [ALT] [e] [m] [m] [p]
Lien Discharge Report	Lists customer liens that have been discharged because they are paid in full. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [e] [m] [m] [l]
Lien Release Report	Lists customer liens that have been paid in full and are released. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [e] [m] [m] [l] [l] [ENTER] Note: Both the Lien Discharge and Lien Release reports offer paid off lien information but in different formats.
Roll Discharge Report Instructions	Lists the customers who have paid their outstanding roll balance before the outstanding amount is written off for taxes. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [e] [m] [m] [i]
Credit Message Report	Lists customer credit messages that allow you to track correspondence from your organization to your customers. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [e] [m] [m] [d]
Unbilled Usage Report	Lists the billing elements that have unbilled usage amounts. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [e] [m] [m] [b]
Connection Estimates Report	Lists the connections with estimated readings either as consecutive reading estimates or YTD reading estimates. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [e] [m] [m] [e]
History Report	Lists customer transaction details that are maintained in the history. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [e] [m] [m] [h]
Connection Change Out Report	Lists the customer service connections that have been changed out during a specified time period. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [e] [m] [m] [c] [c] [ENTER]
Change Out History	Lists the locations that have the service connection changed out during the current billing cycle and the connection usage has not been billed yet. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [e] [m] [m] [c] [c] [ENTER]
