The Utilities menu contains programs that are used on an infrequent basis or not at all. These programs are used to manipulate your data and or correct it.
Directions:
To open the Utilities menu from the Menu Bar, click Utilities.
Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [u]

Displays detailed information for past Transaction Posts. |

Changes the ID for an item at all locations and for all inventory associated with the item including history. |

Deletes all inventory records associated with a specified item and produces a report of the deleted records. |

Copies items and item information from one location to another. |
|
|
Remove a location and all associated inventory at the location. |
|
|
Deletes Inventory Master records which are attached to an item which no longer exists. |

|
Saves and archives electronic copies of reports so that they can be viewed at any time. |
