Customer Service Information Wizard
Use the Customer Service Information Wizard to edit service information for customers. You can edit the general billing information for the customer including finance charge, discount and lien information. In addition, you can edit the process settings that determine if the customer is included in meter communications, the electronic payment process, shutoff process and other Edifice processes. This wizard does not affect the service connection information.

The upper left panel lists each step that you can maintain. Each step corresponds to a specific group of fields displayed in the Data Entry Panel. |

The center panel displays the fields for you to maintain and contains different fields for each step. Tip: The step currently displayed in the Data Entry Panel is highlighted in the Steps Panel. Steps:
