Shortcut Menu - Mouse Right-Click
The shortcut menu appears when you click the right mouse button (right-click). INSight modules include different shortcut menus for different purposes. For example, most fields contain a shortcut menu for manipulating the text in the field.
This topic describes the most commonly used shortcut menus.
Note: Some modules may have additional shortcut menus for functions unique to the module.
To display the INSight Toolbar shortcut menu, position the pointer over any button on the Button Bar and then right-click.
To see information about the Button Bar shortcut menu options, click More.
To display the field level shortcut menu, left-click in any field box and then right-click.
To see information about the Field Level shortcut menu options, click More.
To display the images shortcut menu, open a window with an image, such as the Patient Entry - Demographics Window, and then right-click the image.
To see information about the Image Level shortcut menu options, click More.
To display the Window-Level shortcut menu, position the pointer in a blank area of the window, and then right-click.
To see information about the Window-Level shortcut menu options, click More.
To display the Patient shortcut menu, position the pointer in the Patient Reference Panel, and then right-click.

Scheduling Appointments Shortcut Menu
To display the Scheduling Appointments shortcut menu, position the pointer in the Patient Appointments Window - Scheduled Appointments List Area, and then right-click.

To display the Scheduling shortcut menu, position the pointer in the Scheduling Window - Appointment Book Area, and then right-click.

Search List Shortcut Menu - Classic Search
To display the Search List shortcut menu during a Classic Search, position the pointer anywhere in the list of records displayed in the Search window, and then right-click.

Search Shortcut Menu - Semantic Search
To display the Semantic Search shortcut menu, position the pointer anywhere in the in the Semantic Search window, and then right-click.

To
display the WebHelp
shortcut menu, position the pointer anywhere in the Viewing Pane area
(on the right) or the Navigation Pane (on the left) and then right-click.
Tips:
You will see the standard shortcut menu for Windows Explorerâ„¢.
The command you will probably find most useful is Print, used for printing a topic.

WebHelp Hyperlink Shortcut Menu
To display the Hyperlink shortcut menu, position the pointer on top of a hyperlink in WebHelp, and then right-click.
