Patient Entry - Appointments List

Use the Patient Entry - Appointments List to view or print a list of scheduled patient appointments and to view all cancelled patient appointments.  Use the Appointments List to quickly look up patient appointments for an inquiring patient.  The Appointments List Window has two main areas, a Scheduled Appointments area and a Cancelled Appointments Inquiry area.  Appointments are listed in chronological order from most recent to oldest.

• Opening the Patient Entry - Appointments List, click additional information.

   

  1.  Enter the Account Number.

  2.  Click Appointments List in the Menu Tree.

  Tip:  For details about loading patients and opening windows, refer to the Patient Reference Panel topic.

  Date	Date of the scheduled appointment.
  Time	Start time of the scheduled appointment.
  Room	Examining room assigned for the scheduled appointment.
  Provider	Provider scheduled to see the patient.
  Location	Location of the scheduled appointment.
  Dur	Estimated length of the scheduled appointment.
  Description	Brief description of the scheduled appointment.

  Print From Date	Enter the beginning appointment date to print. (mmddyyyy) Note:  To include all scheduled patient appointments, leave Print From Date and To blank.
  To	Enter the ending appointment date to print. (mmddyyyy) Note:  To include all scheduled patient appointments, leave Print From Date and To blank.
  	To begin printing to the Windows™ default printer, click Print, or press [ENTER] . Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + p]

  Date	Date of the scheduled appointment.
  Time	Start time of the scheduled appointment.
  Room	Examining room assigned for the scheduled appointment.
  Provider	Provider scheduled to see the patient.
  Loc	Location of the scheduled appointment.
  Oper	The Operator Initials for the operator who scheduled the patient appointment.
  Cancel Date	The date the patient appointment was cancelled, if applicable.
  Code	The Cancellation Cause Code assigned to the cancelled patient appointment.
  Notes	Notes pertaining to the cancelled patient appointment.
