Alpha Table Maintenance
Use Alpha Table Maintenance to maintain the table that sets up the user-definable alpha fields that are an optional part of the master information for each of the master maintenances listed below. During Alpha Table Maintenance you can assign the field label (field name) and special properties for the field to have. While there are twenty-seven separate alpha fields available for each master maintenance, you only define as many as you need.
Notes:
Follow these instructions to maintain the table for the user-defined alpha fields for:
Customers. You can view the user-definable fields during the Customer view of the Enhanced Inquiry or the Customer User Definable Panel of the Customer Inquiry.
Locations. You can view the user-definable alpha fields during the Location view of the Enhanced Inquiry or the Customer User Definable Panel of the Customer Inquiry.
Companies. You can view the user-definable alpha fields during the Company User Definable Window.
Meters. You can view the user-definable alpha fields during the Meter User Definable Extended window.
Trailers. You can view the user-definable alpha fields during the Trailer User Definable window.
Components. You can view the user-definable alpha fields during the Component User Defined Extended window.
Backflows. You can view the user-definable alpha fields during the Backflow User Definable window.
Connections. You can view the user-definable alpha fields during the User Definable area of the Connections view.
