Customer ACH Information Wizard
Use the Customer ACH Information Wizard to maintain customer ACH information for processing customer ACH receipts transactions. You can use this wizard to set the ACH information for customers who wish to make automatic ACH payments for their utility bills.

After a customer is set for ACH payments:
The ACH information can be viewed in the Customer view of the Enhanced Inquiry or from the Demographics Panel of the Customer Inquiry
ACH Active displays in the Account Balances view
A displays next to their total balance in the Balances view
Use the Customer ACH report to see the customers who are set up for ACH payments.
To display the Customer ACH Information Wizard:
From the Enhanced Inquiry, load a customer. From the Tools menu select Wizards and then, select the Customer ACH wizard.
Or,
click Daily Work from
the Menu. Then,
click File Maintenance --> Wizard
Maintenance --> Customer --> ACH
Information.

Enter the desired customer and click Next. |

Select In-Active (Non ACH), Active Checking, Active Savings, Pre-note Checking or Pre-note Savings. Note: Your financial institution determines if a pre-note status is required. |

Select a bank code or create a bank code by clicking Fast Maintenance to open Bank Maintenance. |

Enter the bank account number from which the ACH payment should come. |

If no additional adjustments to the customer's information is required, click Finish to save the ACH information. Or, if you need to change other information for the customer, click Next to go to the Edit Customer Information screen. |
