Patient Wizards - Comments Area

Use the Comments Area to enter miscellaneous comments about the patient, often information related to the Patient's balance.  The comments field titles are user-defined, providing flexibility for your office.  The table following the window example describes the Comments Area for the Patient Wizards.

  1. Follow the opening instructions for the appropriate Patient Wizard.

  2. Check-In New Patient Wizard

Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for that field name.

Notes:  

  • The following fields are informational only and can be used for reporting purposes.

  • Because the fields are user-defined, the field names in the software may not match the documentation.  You can globally change the field names by updating INSight's .PARAM record.

To display the previous step, click Back.

To validate and save the data for all of the Wizard steps, click Finish.  The Wizard window closes when the save is complete.

Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + s]

To close the Wizard without validating or saving the data, click Close.
