Rolls Transfer Menu

The Rolls Transfer menu contains commands used to transfer delinquent customer A/R balances to roll balances as the first phase of transferring the outstanding customer balances to the town's tax roll for collection purposes.

To open the Rolls Transfer menu, click the following sequence:
Processes from the Menu; Rolls; and Transfer.

Rolls Transfer Menu Items
Prepare Workfile	Creates the workfile of customers to be rolled for their delinquent A/R balances. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] [r] [t] [w]
Workfile Maintenance	Deletes individual customers from the Rolls workfile. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] [r] [t] [m]
Roll Placement Report	Lists the customers who have delinquent balances and who have been placed in the rolls workfile during the Prepare Workfile routine. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] [r] [t] [l]
Create Notice Cost Transactions	Creates a transaction file of roll notice cost transactions for customers with delinquent A/R balances. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] [r] [t] [n]
Create Roll Transactions	Creates a transaction file of roll cost transactions and roll transactions for customers with delinquent A/R balances. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] [r] [t] [r]
Print Transaction Journal	Prints a journal of the generated roll notice cost transactions and the generated roll transactions for customers with delinquent A/R balances. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] [r] [t] [p]
Transaction Entry	Allows you to edit the roll and roll cost transactions before you run the Rolls Post Transactions routine. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] [r] [t] [t]
Post Transactions	Updates the appropriate files with the customer roll notice cost and the roll transaction information. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] [r] [t] [o]
XML Notice Letter	Prints the roll notices for the appropriate customers, if applicable. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] [r] [t] [x]
XML Roll Letter	Prints the roll letters for the appropriate customers. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] [r] [t] [x] [x]
XML Mailing Labels	Print customer mailing labels for their roll notices or their roll letters. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] [r] [t] [x] [x] [x]
