The Shut Off menu contains commands used to process and print shut off notices for customers having overdue balances.

To open the Shut Off menu, click Processes
from the Menu, and
next click Shut Off.

Deletes individual customers from the Shut Off Workfile. They will not receive a shut Off Notice. |
